As the selected candidate, you will:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the One Identity Manager platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the environment.
- Oversee application of patches, upgrades, and updates.
- Configure, develop, and maintain IAM workflows, policies, connectors, and integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and HR platforms.
- Develop advanced customisations, including scripts, modules, and processes.
- Support project initiatives, assist with implementation, and facilitate transition activities into BAU.
- Support activities related to privileged access management, RBAC optimisation, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, produce design documentation, and deliver enhancements.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring team members to uplift internal competency.
- Proven experience with the One Identity Manager platform, including its architecture, object model, and lifecycle capabilities.
- Strong application development and system integration skills within an Identity Governance and Administration environment.
- In-depth understanding of IAM security governance principles, including privileged access, access certification, segregation of duties, and compliance reporting aligned with government frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to design and deliver solutions, manage change, and support system upgrades confidently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues.
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting related to IAM environments.
- Experience working within government security standards and frameworks.
- Prior experience mentoring or training internal teams to build internal expertise.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards such as the ISM, PSPF, and ASD Essential Eight.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with NV1 Security Clearance.
