Our client is seeking a skilled Office 365 Engineer, experienced in the M365 messaging and collaboration landscape.
Required skills and competencises
- Expertise in the following technologies: Office 365, Exchange Online, MS Teams, PowerShell, MS Entra, Graph
- Significant hands-on IT experience in the implementation, maintenance and/or support of enterprise Office 365 products and services, productivity and collaboration solutions in a large complex environment of 11000+ accounts
- High level analytical and diagnostic skills and the ability to apply knowledge and experience in Office 365 to support and identify opportunities for customer issues, improved services and solutions to support business outcomes.
- A demonstrated understanding of the best practice, support flows, operational service management to ensure outcomes are professional and effective.
- Has a deep understanding of Exchange Messaging and Microsoft Teams technologies and can demonstrate this knowledge with examples of issues which they have resolved or prevented.
- A demonstrated ability to use and develop PowerShell scripts for management tasks and automation of routines.
