About the Role
As the Senior Identity Specialist – Privileged Access Management, you will:
- Lead and support the configuration, integration and ongoing operation of CyberArk Privileged Cloud.
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks by developing and enforcing PAM security controls and procedures.
- Integrate CyberArk with broader IGA/IAM platforms such as SailPoint in line with security best practices.
- Monitor, maintain and improve the health, performance and security of CyberArk environments.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Act as an escalation point for complex identity technical issues.
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to identity engineers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
- Produce high‑quality operational documentation and as-built materials.
- Contribute to the identity operating model and ongoing practice uplift.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to support enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- 8+ years’ experience in Identity domains (IGA, IAM, PAM) as an architect, engineer or technical lead.
- 2+ years’ hands-on CyberArk Privileged Cloud implementation experience, with multiple end-to-end deployments (CyberArk Sentry certification highly regarded).
- CyberArk Sentry certification
- Strong experience across CyberArk modules:
- Secure Cloud Access (SCA)
- Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA)
- Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)
- Workforce Password Management (WPM)
- Secure Web Sessions (SWS)
- Secrets Management
- CyberArk Remote Access
- Experience implementing identity solutions in large, complex organisations and transitioning to BAU.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (utilities, critical infrastructure, or energy).
- Strong understanding of security standards: NIST, Essential 8, ASD ISM, Zero Trust, AESCSF, SOCI.
- Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and AWS.
- Delinea Secret Server (migration experience).
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ.
- Broader IAM technologies.
- ServiceNow ITSM.
