About the Role
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end change management activities across business implementation streams, ensuring new processes, systems, and operating models are successfully embedded and adopted.
Working closely with program teams, SMEs, and senior stakeholders, you will develop and deliver structured change strategies that minimise resistance and maximise long-term business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver change management strategies, plans, and artefacts
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop targeted interventions
- Drive business readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans
- Prepare briefing materials and reports for governance forums
- Support training and capability uplift initiatives
- Work closely with program teams to ensure operational readiness and smooth transition
- Mentor and guide change resources and team members
You are a seasoned Change professional with experience delivering complex transformation programs, ideally within workforce or HR environments.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in change management within large-scale programs
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and influencing senior leaders
- Experience with change impact assessment, readiness, and adoption strategies
- Exposure to workforce management / rostering systems (highly regarded)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience working in government or large enterprise environments (desirable)
