About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to support a large‑scale ICT transformation program within a complex service delivery environment. This role is critical to the successful migration and upgrade of enterprise solutions, ensuring business impacts are effectively managed and stakeholders are supported through structured, high‑quality change and communication activities.
Working closely with the Organisational Change Manager, project teams, and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, you will lead change impact assessments, develop targeted communications, and support business readiness and adoption throughout a staged implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Business Change Impact Assessments (BCIAs), ensuring all change impacts and actions are identified, tracked, and delivered.
  • Act as the central liaison point for stakeholders to drive completion of change responses and meet governance requirements.
  • Develop and execute change and communication strategies, including multi‑channel communications (emails, briefs, newsletters, information sessions).
  • Manage communications related to software releases, defects, risks, and issues.
  • Produce communication artefacts for release and governance gates.
  • Develop business process education packs and fit‑for‑purpose communication materials tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Review and streamline end‑to‑end change and communications processes, implementing tools and improvements where required.
  • Support broader business change activities to ensure readiness and adoption.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, positive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with information security, quality, and public sector governance standards.
About You
You are a confident and proactive change professional with a strong background in ICT and business process change within large, complex environments. You can balance multiple priorities, engage senior stakeholders, and translate technical change into clear, actionable messaging.

You will bring:
  • Proven experience delivering ICT and business process change and communications in large organisations.
  • Strong experience developing change and communication collateral, including presentations and knowledge content.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering change initiatives that achieved efficiency and sustained service improvement.
  • Exceptional communication, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly developed analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional work outside standard business hours when required.
