We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst
to play a key role in transforming an organisation’s Data & Analytics capability. This role will bridge business and technical teams to define high-quality requirements and ensure solutions align with target architecture and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain requirements traceability to ensure all deliverables align to agreed business outcomes.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements to support data and analytics transformation goals.
• Analyse current and future-state processes and data flows to inform solution design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders through workshops and reviews to validate requirements and ensure solution alignment.
Required Skills
• 5–7+ years of proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Experienced in bridging both technical and business-driven Business Analysis requirements
• Experience with Data Analytics, BI and Data transformation Programs/Projects including the following:
o Enterprise data transformation
o Analytics modernization
o Azure/AWS/Snowflake/Power BI/Tableau ecosystems
o Requirements traceability
o current vs future state analysis
o cross-functional facilitation
