We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic HR transformation program, including the implementation and optimisation of HRMIS platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics HR.
In this role, you will partner closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to analyse current-state processes, define future-state requirements, and support the delivery of a modern, scalable HRIS solution aligned with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across HR and HRMIS transformation initiatives
- Analyse current HR processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications
- Support the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics HR and related HR systems
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and change-related activities
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on HR transformation or HRIS projects
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and workforce lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics HR, HRMIS platforms, or similar enterprise systems
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, hybrid, and delivery-focused environment
