Senior and Lead Appian Developers
We’re seeking a skilled Senior and Lead Appian Developers
to join our client’s team and contribute to the development of a brand-new solution on the Appian platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, enhance, and support Appian applications
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Appian developers
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and encourage knowledge sharing
• Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for applications and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues when they arise
Required Skills:
• 7-8+ years as Senior or Lead Appian Developer with Local Australian experience across large enterprise environments
• Experience mentoring Junior Developers both onshore and offshore is preferred
• Must be Appian Certified
• Ideally with Financial, Banking, Insurance, Government or relevant domain experience
• MySQL or similar Database experience
• Agile Environment Experience (Jira/Kanban experience is a plus)
• Cloud Technology experience is a plus
• Experience working alongside Business Analysts and Stakeholder
