Build enterprise AI that actually reaches production We're seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a high-performing AI Services team delivering GenAI and ML solutions across a complex enterprise environment.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with stakeholders to turn business challenges into secure, scalable AI products. You'll own delivery from discovery and solution design through to production deployment and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions including copilots, agents, workflows and document intelligence applications
- Deliver solutions using Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and Databricks
- Implement RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks and model integrations
- Ensure solutions are production-ready with observability, governance and monitoring in place
- Partner with business stakeholders to define use cases, outcomes and success measures
- Mentor team members and contribute engineering best practices
- Proven experience delivering AI, ML or data-intensive products into production
- Strong software engineering skills, ideally in Python
- Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies including RAG, agents and LLM integrations
- Experience across Azure, AWS and/or Databricks environments
- Understanding of MLOps, model evaluation and deployment practices
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Able to work independently, solve complex problems and drive outcomes
- Experience with Responsible AI, security and governance frameworks
- Technical leadership or mentoring experience
- Background working within large enterprise or regulated environments
