The Role
Have a love for all things paid search, the latest AI trends, B2B marketing, agency life and client satisfaction. You have an inquisitive mind, strong attention to detail and enjoy sharing your wisdom (and details on Google updates) with others.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced SEM specialist to join our Digital Experience team. You will have access to leading tools, lots of data and the wider digital team which specialises in automation, web dev, data & analytics, social, web and email marketing.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and managing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing Ads
- Analysing, optimising and reporting on paid search campaigns
- Testing different bid and match strategies to achieve the best results for our clients
- Collate, analyse, and produce insightful reports for all search marketing activities in collaboration with our data & insights specialist
Skills and experience
- 2+ years' experience developing and implementing SEM strategies, ideally in an agency
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, conversion tracking, ad content, keyword strategy and search term optimisation
- Problem solving (you will need it for Google Tag Manager!)
- Confident and clear communicator (able to ‘dumb down’ tech when needed)
- Passion for all things web & digital - any knowledge around SEO & GEO is a bonus
