Our Federal Government Client is seeking an Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead (Learning & Development). This is a long-term contract role that start ASAP
u
ntil 31st Dec 2026, located at our client’s Sydney, Adelaide, or Brisbane
office with hybrid working arrangements (onsite and remote, working with geographically dispersed teams).
As the selected candidate, you will:
• Design, establish, and embed an Agile delivery framework tailored to learning and capability development initiatives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and uplift L&D staff to build sustainable Agile and Scrum Master capability
• Partner with product owners and functional leads to develop and prioritise delivery backlogs aligned to learning outcomes
• Establish delivery tools, metrics, and reporting mechanisms
• Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
• Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and promote continuous improvement
To be successful in this role you should have:
• Demonstrated experience establishing and embedding Agile frameworks in a new or maturing L&D function
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach
• Strong Agile facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience translating Agile principles into practical delivery approaches for learning programs
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Microsoft 365
It is desirable if you have:
• Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master certification (or equivalent)
• Qualifications in learning design, instructional design, or education technology
• Experience working in the public sector or large organisational learning environments
