This role will provide architectural leadership across SAP SuccessFactors, working closely with business and technical teams to design, integrate and enhance solutions that support a large workforce. You’ll play a hands-on role in solution design, integration and stakeholder engagement, helping ensure platforms remain scalable, robust and fit for purpose.
The role
- Lead solution architecture and design across SAP SuccessFactors
- Provide expert advice on system development, integration and enhancements
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Design and review solution architecture and integration artefacts
- Identify and manage architectural risks, issues and dependencies
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and senior stakeholders
- Mentor and support architects and technical team members
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, policies and best practice
- Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Recruitment and/or Learning
- Extensive solution and integration architecture experience
- Background working in large-scale, highly integrated ERP environments
- Experience within health, government or complex enterprise settings (highly regarded)
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement and delivery focus
