We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to provide leadership and expert guidance in designing and managing integrated ERP solutions.
This role requires strong architectural expertise and the ability to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and architecture, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
- Analyse business requirements and system specifications to deliver strategic, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Provide expert advice on system development, integration, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear, agreed business outcomes.
- Mentor team members and share knowledge to build capability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP technologies and industry trends.
- Proven experience delivering complex SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules (Learning, Recruitment, Employee Central).
- Strong architectural background with experience in large-scale ERP transformations.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Expertise in integration strategies, solution design, and presenting solution artefacts.
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles within highly integrated ERP environments.
