Enterprise transformation program seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect (HCM) to lead end-to-end solution architecture across SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Payroll and EH&S, ensuring fit-for-purpose design, clean core principles, and robust integration.
What you’ll do
- Own solution architecture/design (SAD/SID) for HCM stream
- Translate HR/payroll requirements into pragmatic, fit-for-purpose SAP solutions
- Drive “clean core” principles and challenge non-standard customisations
- Lead integration patterns across SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Payroll, EH&S and adjacent systems
- Produce architecture artefacts/options papers and present to governance boards
- Extensive SAP Solution Architecture experience (ideally SAP HCM)
- Strong SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning) + S/4HANA Payroll
- Integration experience (e.g., SAP Integration Suite/CPI, SuccessFactors Integration Centre)
- Experience with cloud deployments (RISE PCE / Azure desirable)
- Strong stakeholder engagement + documentation (design docs, integration/security models)
- Government program experience desirable
