About the role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Change Specialist to join a major ERP transformation program.
This role is critical in supporting Finance business readiness and ensuring successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments for large-scale ERP programs in Corporate Finance or Treasury contexts.
- Engage and manage stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, and IT within complex, matrixed organisations.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and impact analysis across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Translate technical and functional designs into clear business impact narratives and support change communication strategies.
- Ensure benefits and outcomes traceability, linking business objectives to functional and non-functional requirements.
- Strong experience in ERP Finance transformation projects Corporate Finance or Treasury contexts as Change /Business Analyst.
- Solid understanding of core finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Actuals, Planning, and Budgeting cycles.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Comfortable translating technical and functional designs into business impact narratives and supporting change communication strategies.
- Proven ability to deliver strategic and operational outcomes in complex environments.
