What you’ll be doing
- Lead and execute the change management approach for the S2P/Procurement business readiness stream within the ERP program.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication activities across impacted business groups.
- Develop and deliver change impact assessments, resistance management plans, and adoption strategies.
- Partner with business readiness teams and value stream owners to ensure go-live readiness and effective post-implementation support.
- Track adoption via change metrics (e.g., engagement, training completion, system utilisation) and produce executive-ready reporting.
- Help embed sustainable “business-as-usual” ways of working after go-live.
- Extensive experience in change management / business transformation, ideally within large ERP programs.
- Proven experience supporting or leading change in SAP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Solid knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training support, and business readiness activities.
- Confident working across business and technical teams in a complex, fast-moving program.
