SAP S/4HANA Change Analyst (ERP Transformation) 

The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Change Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program within a complex, enterprise environment.
This role sits within a major ERP modernisation initiative and focuses on ensuring successful business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across a critical Enterprise Portfolio Projects & Programs (EPPM) stream.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of change outcomes, working closely with the Business Readiness Lead, Project Manager, and cross-functional teams to embed new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of the change management strategy and plan aligned to ERP transformation objectives
  • Assist with change impact assessments, identifying impacts to roles, processes, and teams
  • Coordinate and track stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain change communications, including emails, presentations, FAQs, and intranet content
  • Support training coordination, including scheduling, materials preparation, and tracking completion
  • Assist in business readiness assessments to ensure teams are prepared for go-live
  • Track and report on change adoption metrics, engagement levels, and feedback
  • Provide support for workshops, meetings, and engagement sessions
  • Prepare reports on change progress, risks, and stakeholder insights for program leadership
About You
You are a hands-on Change Analyst with experience supporting large transformation programs and are confident working in fast-paced, complex environments.

Key experience includes:
  • 5+ years’ experience in change management, business transformation, or ERP programs
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or large ERP implementations
  • Strong understanding of change impact, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness
  • Experience coordinating communications, training, and adoption activities
  • Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
Highly Regarded
  • Experience in EPPM or enterprise project systems transformation
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology / fit-to-standard workshops
  • Experience within government or large enterprise environments
  • Change certifications such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar
