About the role
The SAP Change Analyst (People) will support a large-scale ERP transformation project within a local government organisation, focusing on change management strategies related to HR and Payroll system implementations.
The role involves assessing change impacts, engaging stakeholders, developing communication and training materials, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to facilitate business readiness and track change progress to contribute to a successful go-live.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in change management, especially within HR or payroll system projects
- Familiarity with change management methodologies like Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s Model
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to develop training materials and manage communication strategies
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
