Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and business transformation projects across banking and payments.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resource profiles, and schedules for multimillion‑dollar programs.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and external vendors.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with AML, KYC, FATCA, AUSTRAC, ASIC and other regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee system migrations, data validation, terminal deployments, and integration activities.
- Manage Agile delivery including backlog prioritisation, user stories, sprint planning, and ceremonies.
- Provide leadership to cross‑functional project teams, ensuring quality outcomes and alignment to objectives.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support SIT/UAT execution, operational readiness, and smooth cutover to BAU.
- Deliver clear reporting, governance updates, and executive‑level communication across all phases of the project.
