The role:
Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale regulatory and compliance program.
This is a high-impact role overseeing complex technology and business change, with responsibility across both application and infrastructure delivery. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring regulatory obligations are met while driving effective, scalable outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large compliance and regulatory program, ensuring alignment to business and technology objectives
• Manage multiple workstreams or projects (up to $5m), or lead streams within broader multi-year transformation programs
• Drive delivery of complex solutions across both business and IT, including applications and infrastructure
• Oversee project governance, reporting, risk, and issue management across the program lifecycle
• Manage budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and financial tracking
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
• Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory requirements and organisational compliance standards
• Lead teams across Agile and hybrid delivery environments, ensuring best practice methodologies are applied

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience delivering large-scale regulatory and compliance projects within Financial Services, ideally within Insurance
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stream programs or projects up to $5m
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project delivery across areas such as business transformation, application delivery, and organisational change
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Solid financial management capability, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Deep understanding of project and program delivery methodologies and tools
• Experience delivering in Agile environments, with exposure to hybrid delivery models
