Job Title:  Project Manager: HR
Location:  Melbourne, Sydney
Contract:  initial 3 months contarct+ potential extensions
Start: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)

This role will play a key part in coordinating the planning, drafting and stakeholder engagement required for the Enterprise Agreement process. The successful candidate will bring strong HR project delivery experience, with exposure to Enterprise Agreements, Employment Law, or Industrial Relations, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Experience within the banking or financial services sector is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage project timelines to support the Enterprise Agreement development and bargaining process
  • Assist with project resourcing, planning and task allocation across relevant teams
  • Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders including Finance, Payroll, Internal Communications and business units
  • Support the drafting, review and preparation of Enterprise Agreement documentation
  • Oversee and coordinate critical communications to employees throughout the EA process
  • Attend bargaining meetings with unions and maintain accurate records and meeting minutes
  • Prepare updates, reports and briefing packs for Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings
  • Support the implementation of Enterprise Agreement terms once approved
  • Ensure alignment with employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks and organisational policies
Key Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering HR-related projects, particularly within Enterprise Agreements, Employment Law or Industrial Relations
  • Experience supporting or leading Enterprise Agreement negotiations, drafting or implementation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and SteerCo
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across diverse business units
  • Strong documentation, reporting and governance experience
  • Experience within banking or financial services is desirable but not essential
