Key Responsibilities
- Support project governance activities, including maintaining governance structures and providing secretariat support for key forums
- Monitor compliance with project controls, reporting standards, frameworks, and audit requirements
- Manage project risks and issues, including maintaining registers, facilitating workshops, and supporting mitigation planning
- Prepare and maintain project assurance documentation, dashboards, reports, and contribution to executive and board reporting
- Track project performance and support continuous improvement, quality reviews, and milestone gate checks
- Proven experience in Project Management within complex, high‑value programs or portfolios
- Strong governance, assurance, risk, and compliance management capability
- Experience working with PRINCE2 or similar methodologies, applied pragmatically
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify risks, issues, and delivery impacts early
