We're working with a leading organisation in the telecommunications and infrastructure space seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support the successful delivery of major projects and programs.
This opportunity is best suited to a professional with strong project controls expertise and demonstrated experience within both rail and telecommunications environments.
🔍 The Role
- Developing and maintaining project schedules and delivery plans.
- Managing cost tracking, forecasting, and budget performance.
- Monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Producing project reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Supporting governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in Project Controls, Planning, Cost Control, or Project Management environments.
- Mandatory experience working within both Rail and Telecommunications projects.
- Strong skills in scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and project reporting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AACE CCP, or equivalent
- Exposure to large-scale programs or multi-project environments
- Knowledge of recognised project management and project controls frameworks
- Previous experience working within Australian project delivery environments
