Join our client, a leader in delivering innovative solutions within the telecommunications industry, as our new Contract Manager.
In this role you will be supporting the full end-to-end contract lifecycle, from presales through project execution.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Support the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring adherence and alignment between customer and supplier contracts
- Assist in preventing value leakage and maximising value capture during contract execution
- Implement and enforce contractual stipulations, managing risks and driving contract performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with the commercial strategy
- Analyse, draft, and negotiate contractual documents, including claims and change management
- Foster strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Several years of legal or commercial management experience with a solid understanding of profitability drivers
- Proven expertise in project, contract, and commercial management within industries such as construction, IT, or telecommunications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, reporting, and process oversight
- Experience in claim management, analysis, and negotiation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams
