Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
- Organise training sessions, manage invitations, materials, attendance, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update project documentation, recordings, and reports on SharePoint, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of key project artefacts such as status reports, governance packs, and communications.
- Support reporting by consolidating inputs for dashboards and progress updates.
- Manage scope, schedules, and dependencies, and assist with financial tracking.
- Maintain RAID registers and ensure timely resolution of risks and issues.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience: 8–10 years in project administration and scheduling roles, supporting complex projects involving multiple technologies and stakeholders.
- Skills:
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in SharePoint for content management.
- Familiarity with project governance and reporting processes.
- Ability to manage scope, schedules, and risks effectively.
- Attributes:
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and a fast learner.
