Seeking a Program Manager to join a large, complex organisation, undertaking a multi-year cyber security uplift program to strengthen risk and compliance-based security capability and improve resilience across infrastructure, systems, services and data.
The Cyber Security Program Manager will be accountable for end-to-end delivery across a complex IT and Operational Technology (OT) environment, working closely with senior technology leaders, preparing governance/steering committee materials, and driving outcomes across multiple workstreams and delivery partners.
Required skills
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-scale cyber security programs
- Strong working knowledge of cyber security concepts and frameworks/obligations (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, AESCSF, SoCI Act, Essential Eight)
- Proven delivery of enterprise security controls (e.g. ISMS, IAM/PAM/IGA, MFA, Zero Trust, network security/segmentation)
- Demonstrated strength in program governance (budget, schedule, RAID, dependencies, reporting)
- Senior stakeholder engagement skills, including influencing executives and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience managing vendors / delivery partners and leading multidisciplinary teams under time pressure
