Program Director (Enterprise Cloud Migration)
We are seeking a seasoned Program Director
to lead an Enterprise Cloud Migration initiative, driving end-to-end transformation across multiple applications and business units. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to ensure seamless cloud adoption, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a large-scale cloud transformation program, overseeing end-to-end delivery from planning through execution across multiple project streams.
• Drive migration of 100+ applications to the cloud, including defining the target operating model and ensuring smooth transition and operational efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners, providing regular executive updates and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee program financials, including budgeting, cost control, and ensuring delivery against defined business case outcomes.
Required Skills:
• Proven years of experience in a Program Director related role managing large-scale cloud migration and transformation programs
• Migration to AWS Cloud Experience
• Expertise in developing and implementing cloud target operating models
• Demonstrated ability to manage over 100 applications through successful cloud transitions
• Worked with large enterprise companies handing multi-million-dollar programs
• Excellent Communications skills and capability to engage with executives and stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent financial management skills, with a track record of meeting business case targets
• Relevant certifications are a plus
