In this role, you will drive the roadmap for credit card features, ensuring the platform delivers compliant, reliable, and customer‑centric outcomes. You will work closely with technology, operations, finance, risk, and product teams to shape requirements, guide delivery, and uplift the end‑to‑end card issuing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap across the bank’s credit card platform.
- Translate business, regulatory, and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Work with engineering and delivery teams to ensure high‑quality, on‑time releases.
- Partner with stakeholders across cards operations, lending, risk, and finance.
- Support design, UAT, solution validation, and platform readiness activities.
- Champion improvements across statements, fees, interest, repayments, account lifecycle, disputes, and scheme compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and customer value across credit card journeys.
- Strong background as a Product Owner within banking, credit cards, or payments.
- Solid understanding of credit card product mechanics (interest, fees, statements, lifecycle events, disputes).
- Experience working on card issuing platforms (e.g., VisionPLUS, TSYS, FirstVision, FIS) is highly beneficial.
- Skilled in writing user stories, prioritising backlogs, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced, regulatory‑driven or transformation environments.
