Full time contract role until Feb next year, with potential extensions. Melbourne/Sydney locations - hybrid work (2 - 3 days in office per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise procurement mailbox and triage high‑volume supplier queries
- Lead supplier onboarding: welcome packs, electronic invoicing setup, issue escalation
- Troubleshoot supplier connectivity and invoicing issues via email, phone, and screen sharing
- Support procurement operations: review and validate purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Act as the first point of contact for supplier enablement
- Maintain documentation, system guides, and handover materials
- Escalate policy or business exceptions where required
- Proven supplier enablement experience within Coupa
- Strong understanding of the purchase requisition → purchase order lifecycle
- Experience managing supplier queries across email, phone, and Teams
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage a shared inbox
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
