Full time contract role until Feb next year, with potential extensions. Melbourne/Sydney locations - hybrid work (2 - 3 days in office per week).
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Assist with procurement operations, ensuring smooth and efficient purchasing workflows.
- Utilise Coupa system experience to manage and optimise procurement activities.
- Support supplier enablement processes, onboarding new suppliers and maintaining supplier data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement compliance and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement systems and procedures.
- Proven experience working with the Coupa procurement system.
- Strong supplier enablement or onboarding experience.
- Previous experience in procurement operations role within major organisation.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
