About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Management (BPM) Analyst / Process Excellence Specialist to support the delivery and embedment of a BPM Centre of Excellence (CoE) within a large, complex organisation.
This role will play a key part in improving process maturity, service delivery, and operational efficiency, working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive standardisation, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and ongoing uplift of a Process Excellence (PEx) Framework
  • Facilitate process reviews and optimisation initiatives across business units
  • Develop current and future state process models (BPMN) to identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive standardisation and alignment of processes to improve end-to-end service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business capability, performance, and service quality
  • Develop and maintain BPM frameworks, documentation, tools, and training materials
  • Provide advisory support on BPM priorities, governance, and best practice approaches
  • Work with cross-functional teams including project teams, service owners, and capability leads
  • Support the adoption and effective use of BPM tools and methodologies
About You
You are a confident and proactive professional with a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement within complex environments.
Your experience includes:
  • Proven experience in BPM / process improvement / continuous improvement roles
  • Strong skills in process mapping and modelling (BPMN)
  • Experience conducting workshops, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver process transformation and organisational change initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation
Desirable:
  • Experience with BPM tools such as Signavio, Blueworks, Promapp or similar
  • Exposure to process governance, frameworks, or Centres of Excellence
  • Experience in large, complex organisations (e.g. government, utilities, enterprise environments)
  • Understanding of customer experience (CX) and service design principles
  • Lean / Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies
