We are seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical Microsoft 365 security, privacy and data uplift initiative, supporting compliant adoption of emerging GenAI/M365 Copilot capabilities.
You will drive end-to-end project planning and delivery, provide leadership across a multi-disciplinary team, and manage complex stakeholder engagement and governance in a large, distributed enterprise environment.
Required skills / experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT programs/projects end-to-end (scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, reporting)
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 / enterprise collaboration platforms and related security/privacy/data governance uplift initiatives
- Proven ability to lead and mentor multi-disciplinary delivery teams ,internal and vendor/partners as required
- High-level stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership/boards/steering committees
- Strong governance capability
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous/“uncharted” environments e.g., emerging AI tools and evolving policy/compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- PRINCE2 preferred
- Healthcare sector experience highly regarded
