✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of defined people transformation sub-streams
- Drive delivery through cross-functional teams, managing dependencies across OD, Change, Comms, and HRIS
- Provide expert advice on people implications of change and support implementation strategies
- Manage project schedules, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and escalations
- Prepare and maintain high-quality delivery artefacts for leadership reporting, governance, and approvals
- Act as the critical link between design and execution, ensuring outcomes are embedded effectively
- Strong project/program delivery experience within Agile environments (sprints, stand-ups, etc.)
- Proven people-focused project management capability, including planning, reporting, and milestone tracking
- Ability to partner with business leaders and identify workforce/people impacts of transformation initiatives
- Solid Organisational Design (OD) literacy, bridging strategy and execution
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience working closely with OD, Change, Communications, and HRIS teams
- High resilience, autonomy, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Prior experience within the banking or financial services domain will be highly regarded
