We’re seeking a program‑grade People Project Stream Lead to own the delivery of a people sub‑stream within a large‑scale workforce transformation.
This is a delivery‑led role, suited to someone who can translate people and organisation design into executable plans and land outcomes at pace within a complex program environment.
The Role You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of defined people transformation workstreams, acting as the connective tissue between OD, Change, Communications and HRIS teams. Operating at pace, you’ll manage dependencies, governance, risks and senior stakeholder engagement to ensure workforce outcomes are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery of a workforce transformation people sub‑stream from planning through execution
- Translate organisation design and people strategy into executable delivery plans
- Manage schedules, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
- Partner closely with OD, change, communications and HRIS teams to orchestrate outcomes
- Provide expert advice on people implications and support consultation and approvals
- Prepare and maintain delivery artefacts for leadership, SteerCos and governance forums
- Proven experience leading people or workforce transformation streams within large programs
- Strong project / program delivery capability (agile ways of working, milestones, RAID, reporting)
- Solid OD literacy with the ability to bridge design and delivery
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, pace and shifting priorities
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement and executive presence
- Able to lead delivery through others, not as a hands‑on HR practitioner
- Initial 6–9 month contract
