You will bring strong technical payroll expertise, particularly within SAP SuccessFactors, and work closely with HR and Finance to support reliable and compliant payroll outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and maintain payroll systems with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Configure and manage Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and end‑to‑end payroll integrity.
- Troubleshoot payroll system issues and provide technical support to business users.
- Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and continuous process improvements.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or Timesheet.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience within banking or financial services is highly desirable.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
