About the company:
Our client is an Enterprise level energy group who are undergoing a digital transformation.  They are looking for a Payroll and Training Analyst who can help upskill their current team in the new tool and help drive adoption of the new software.  
 
The role:
This role will be working on a SuccessFactors project in a hands‑on role focused on UAT testing, training support, and go‑live readiness. This is not BAU payroll, you’ll help shape new processes and support users through the transition.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Write & run UAT test scripts
  • Validate payroll calcs, awards, leave & super
  • Support SMEs during testing
  • Help create user guides & training content
  • Assist during go‑live & hypercare
 
Key experience:
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (ECP) Implementation/Project Experience
  • UAT testing experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Clear communication with end users
  • Strong Australian payroll experience
