About the company:
Our client is an Enterprise level energy group who are undergoing a digital transformation. They are looking for a Payroll and Training Analyst who can help upskill their current team in the new tool and help drive adoption of the new software.
The role:
This role will be working on a SuccessFactors project in a hands‑on role focused on UAT testing, training support, and go‑live readiness. This is not BAU payroll, you’ll help shape new processes and support users through the transition.
Responsibilities:
- Write & run UAT test scripts
- Validate payroll calcs, awards, leave & super
- Support SMEs during testing
- Help create user guides & training content
- Assist during go‑live & hypercare
Key experience:
- Experience with SuccessFactors (ECP) Implementation/Project Experience
- UAT testing experience
- High attention to detail
- Clear communication with end users
- Strong Australian payroll experience
