MUST HAVE MINESTAR OR KOMATSU FMS EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day availability and reliability of site Operational Technology (OT) systems.
- Support and maintain OT infrastructure including networks, servers, CCTV, access control, Meraki WiFi, and security applications.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to resolve priority incidents and technical issues.
- Execute scheduled and ad-hoc work orders in line with maintenance plans and work instructions.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement of system reliability.
- Update work management systems and support planning activities aligned with SAP maintenance strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- Mandatory experience with MineStar or Komatsu Fleet Management Systems (FMS).
- Strong familiarity with mining Operational Technology infrastructure.
- Experience with IT/OT communication networks, WiFi, servers, and security applications.
- Ability to work within structured maintenance and work management processes
