About the Role:
Our Federal Government Client is seeking multiple Organisational Change Managers. This is a 12‑month contract with two 12‑month extension options, based in Parkes, Canberra, with hybrid work arrangements (minimum three days on‑site). 

 
As the selected candidate, you will:
  • Develop a Branch‑wide change management framework and supporting templates.
  • Provide strategic change advice and coaching to project and program teams to uplift adoption, manage resistance and improve stakeholder confidence.
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Office to develop and implement overarching change strategies, roadmaps and integrated plans to manage change fatigue.
  • Monitor and report on change progress, readiness assessments and benefits realisation.
  • Engage senior executives and business stakeholders to build a strong change champion network.
  • Lead and deliver change impact assessments, change strategies and change management plans across multiple projects.
  • Drive change delivery activities, ensuring alignment of communications, stakeholder engagement, and change interventions.
  • Develop training needs analysis and training plans to build capability across impacted business areas.
  • Support benefits mapping, benefit profiles and benefit realisation planning.
  • Provide ongoing support to embed new ways of working and ensure business outcomes are realised.
 
To be successful in this role you should have:
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience as an Organisational Change Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing change frameworks, strategies and plans across complex portfolios.
  • Proven experience delivering change across Public Sector programs and projects (agile and waterfall).
  • Strong capability in applying change methodologies and integrating them within program and project delivery.
  • Experience in benefits realisation, including the development of benefits artefacts and ongoing benefit tracking.
  • Change management certification and demonstrated ability to tailor methodologies to different levels of complexity.
 
It is desirable if you have:
  • PROSCI certification.
  • Knowledge of Parliamentary processes or experience working within parliamentary environments.
 
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with  an existing Baseline security clearance.
