Join a leading provider of innovative solutions supporting industry advancements in air traffic management. The client is seeking a dedicated NOC Service Delivery Engineer to be a vital part of an Enterprise Network Modernization Program.

Please note there be travel within Australia estimated at around 25% of your time.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Support the rollout of core network elements and oversee the transition of services to new systems.
- Evaluate customer needs and objectives, developing high-level concepts aligned with technical, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Contribute to design gate reviews, develop high-level concepts of operations (CONOPS), and manage flow-down of scope of work.
- Provide technical direction to operational support teams, strengthening processes and troubleshooting deployed solutions effectively.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline.
- Proven experience of direct customer-facing experience supporting programs delivering network services, especially to government agencies or Tier 1 telecommunications providers.
- Experience as a program or technical lead for Network Operations Center (NOC) systems and complex network deployments.
- Practical experience leading large-scale program deployments across geographically diverse locations.
- Strong understanding of the managed services approach, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Proficiency with the ITIL framework.
- Excellent communication skills, with an assured presence during briefings and written reports.
