Title: Monitoring Specialist
Contract: 6 months + likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Required skills and competencises
- Experience designing enterprise monitoring/observability solutions
- Strong knowledge across network, security, infrastructure, and cloud monitoring
- Proven current state assessment and future state design skills
- Ability to deliver clear, evidence-based recommendations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Experience simplifying and documenting complex environments
- Understanding of ITSM, service reliability, and delivery practices
- Experience in large or complex environments
