About the Role:
Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist. This is an urgent
contract role from ASAP to 16 August 2026
with 1 x 6-month extension option, located at our client’s Canberra office (hybrid working arrangement).
As the selected candidate, you will:
• Support the development of the M365 roadmap, including Copilot, through knowledge sharing and internal engagement
• Assist with integration of M365, Intune, Windows 11, and Windows Hello for Business into enterprise environments
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive technology solutions and adoption
• Prototype, configure, and develop technical solutions within M365 and related platforms
• Produce technical design artefacts for both technical and executive audiences
• Work with cyber security teams to ensure compliance with PSPF, Essential 8, and other security frameworks
To be successful in this role you should have:
• Proven experience designing secure, scalable solutions across M365, Intune, Autopilot, and Windows 11
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and enterprise integration
• Experience working in complex, multi-vendor, hybrid cloud environments
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and ADFS
• Demonstrated ability to support enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot and M365 services
• Active Baseline security clearance (must already be held)
It is desirable if you have:
• Experience administering M365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, Purview, and Power Platform
• Certifications in ITIL 4 and/or SIAM
• Experience contributing to knowledge transfer and capability uplift within teams
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens
with an active Baseline security clearance.
