Peoplebank are recruiting for a Level 1 / 2 IT Support Analyst to work onsite at their education sector client based in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide(45min south of the CBD).
 
This role will be offered as an initial 6 month contract, but with a very strong chance to go permanent after the initial contract period.

Indeed, we are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable IT Help Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for teachers, students, and staff at a vibrant educational institution. This will be both face to support and also via phone/email.
 
You'll ensure seamless access to ICT systems, troubleshoot a variety of tech issues, and keep operations running smoothly in both a lively school environment and during planned project periods. Your expertise will support vibrant learning experiences and empower their community to innovate and excel.
 
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 to 3+ years of proven experience in ICT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, to handle multiple requests effectively
  • Attention to detail and the ability to document processes accurately
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and prioritizing tasks based on SLAs
  • Knowledge of both Mac (preferred) and Windows environments
 
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working within educational or similar environments
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related IT field
  • ITIL Foundation certificate (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work proactively on projects during school holidays
  • Prior experience in an ICT support role, especially in education, is highly advantageous
  • Valid Working with Children Check (can be organised prior to commencement)
