Are you an experienced Level 2 IT Support Technician professional looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Support Technician!
This role is fully onsite and ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on support, variety in their day, and taking ownership of technical issues.
You’ll be joining a supportive environment where your problem‑solving skills and strong customer service mindset will be highly valued.
The Role
- Deliver Level 2 technical support across a diverse user base
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow
- Provide clear, customer‑friendly communication and updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across workstations, mobile devices, applications, networks, printing, and conferencing technologies
- Support hardware deployment, configuration, and fault diagnosis for laptops/desktops
- Manage workstation network configuration and support networking fundamentals
- Provide support across video conferencing and voice communication platforms
- Participate in on‑call and after‑hours support as required
Skills and Experience
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional approach.
- Ticket and incident management experience, including documentation and escalation.
- Understanding of SLA principles and service‑focused environments.
- Hands‑on experience supporting Windows 10/11, M365, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure MFA.
- Familiarity with Android and Apple mobile devices.
- Experience with Intune/SCCM for device management.
- Support experience with standard and multi‑function print devices.
- Hardware fault diagnosis for desktops/laptops.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and workstation configuration.
- Experience supporting voice communication solutions and multi‑platform video conferencing.
