About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer to join our state government client in Brisbane, providing vital support to ensure seamless IT operations.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with IT professionals, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to maintaining our company's technological excellence.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field or certifications in IT (minimum of 3 certifications)
- Prior experience working in IT support roles or IT teams in a helpdesk or support desk environment
- Experience in government sector preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and support staff
