Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Infrastructure Lead to oversee daily ICT operations, support end‑users, and drive continuous improvement across technology systems. This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for infrastructure performance, helpdesk operations, and delivering a seamless experience for staff across the organisation.
Acting as the primary contact for technical matters, you’ll provide critical technical guidance, champion innovation, and ensure the organisation’s technology environments remain secure, scalable, and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ICT infrastructure and technology operations to ensure reliability and performance.
- Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders requiring technical guidance or escalation support.
- Implement and maintain innovative technology solutions, workflows and system improvements.
- Manage networks, servers, cloud services, backups, storage and disaster recovery environments.
- Ensure systems remain secure, scalable, resilient and aligned with organisational requirements.
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support across devices, systems and software applications.
- Resolve technical issues within agreed SLAs, maintaining a strong customer‑service focus.
- Support staff onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth access provisioning and deactivation.
- Troubleshoot and test hardware/software, including pre‑event technical preparation.
- Maintain accurate documentation, procedures and technical standards across the ICT environment.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimisation opportunities.

- Strong project management capability
- Experience in M365 Administration
- Experience with Veeam and VMware
- Background in cloud, physical and virtual server management
- Excellent time‑management and attention to detail
- Strong technical problem‑solving ability
- A customer‑first mindset and clear, professional communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability and calmness under pressure
