We’re seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist with a strong operations background to support a complex hybrid cloud environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, and security operations within a large enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Provide BAU and incident support across Microsoft Azure environments
- Administer endpoint management platforms:
- Microsoft Intune (Azure 360)
- AirWatch / Workspace ONE
- Support endpoint and workload security, including CrowdStrike
- Troubleshoot incidents across infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology
- Work with internal teams and vendors to deliver fast‑turnaround outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain operational documentation
- Proven experience in Infrastructure or Cloud Operations
- Strong hands‑on Azure experience in hybrid environments
- Operational experience with Intune and AirWatch
- Experience supporting CrowdStrike
- Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments
- Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced delivery settings
- Vendor or consulting background
- Exposure to endpoint security or zero‑trust principles
- Experience delivering short‑term infrastructure uplift work
