About the role
We’re seeking a proactive Communications Technician to support and maintain critical operational technology systems across our site. This role offers hands-on involvement in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a range of industrial systems, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day availability of Fleet Management, Wireless Telemetry Systems (WTS), Network & Server Infrastructure, and Digital Radio Systems.
- Assist with installation and maintenance of WTS, CCTV (Production & Non-Production), Physical Access Management, Digital Radio, and other OT systems as required.
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives to drive business value.
- Execute the Maintenance Work Plan in line with schedules and work instructions.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and solutions to enhance equipment reliability.
- Foster strong engagement and a positive culture within execution teams.
- Experience working with OT systems in industrial environments.
- Strong technical aptitude across networks, servers, and telemetry systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic site conditions.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
