You will play a key role in managing end-to-end implementations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, strong system adoption, and ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end Aurion implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and go-live
- Gather and translate client requirements into effective system solutions
- Provide expert guidance on payroll, awards, and Aurion functionality
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Support clients through system changes and continuous process improvements
- Proven experience with Aurion People & Payroll implementation and configuration
- Strong payroll and HCM background
- Experience within the Education sector would be highly regarded
- Solid knowledge of payroll compliance, awards, and system integrations
- Experience in implementation, consulting, or project delivery roles
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
