The role
We are seeking an experienced ICT Security Engineer possessing hands on experience with SIEM Solutions (preferably Microsoft Sentinel) and with knowledge of frameworks including ISO 27001, Essential Eight and NIST CSF.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage security including firewalls & endpoint security
- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing
- Manage incident response process and lead security investigations
- Extensive experience working in an ICT Security Engineering role for a complex, enterprise scale environment
- A proven track record of identifying and mitigating security risks
- Hands-on experience with SIEM Solutions (Microsoft Sentinel preferred)
- Experience with frameworks including ISO 27001, ASD Essential Eight, NIST CSF and the ISC2 Eight-Domain model
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications / education preferred.
