We are seeking an experienced ICAM Lead to provide senior architectural leadership and delivery oversight across enterprise identity, access management, and credential platforms for our key multinational client.
This permanent role requires full‑time onsite presence (5 days per week) and a current Australian Government Baseline security clearance.
The role You will act as the senior technical authority for ICAM, accountable for solution integrity and delivery outcomes across identity governance, authentication, authorisation, privileged access, and related security services. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, platform leads, and delivery teams, you will ensure ICAM solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ICAM architecture and delivery outcomes across IGA, PAM, AuthN/AuthZ, and credential services
- Define and govern the target state ICAM architecture and integration patterns
- Lead client workshops, design decisions, and executive‑level discussions
- Provide architectural oversight across multiple delivery teams
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and cross‑stream impacts
- Contribute to architecture governance, documentation, and delivery assurance
- 10+ years’ experience in IAM, ICAM, or security architecture roles
- Proven experience leading large‑scale ICAM programs or portfolios
- Strong background across IGA, PAM, and AuthN/AuthZ
- Able to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Pragmatic, delivery‑focused architectural mindset
- Current Australian Government Baseline security clearance
- Willing and able to work onsite 5 days per week
