We’re looking for an experienced CIAM Operations Engineer to support and maintain a large-scale enterprise identity platform.
You’ll work within a collaborative operations team to ensure the platform is secure, reliable, and delivering seamless authentication experiences for users. This role suits someone who enjoys incident resolution, automation, and improving system performance in a live environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve production incidents
- Monitor platform health and respond to alerts
- Identify and fix systemic issues
- Analyse logs and troubleshoot authentication flows
- Automate repetitive operational tasks
- Create and maintain SOPs
- Support releases and deployments
- Report on system performance (SLOs/SLAs)
- Participate in an on-call roster (as required)
You will bring:
- Experience supporting enterprise CIAM/IAM platforms
- Strong knowledge of OIDC, OAuth2.0, SAML
- Proven ability to analyse logs and system behaviour
- Scripting/automation experience to reduce manual workloads
- Confidence working with SOPs and operational processes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- A positive, inclusive mindset and team-first attitude
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
- Ability to complete pre-engagement checks
